Back to Our Regularly Scheduled Programming

Well folks! I have no more Disney stories or pictures to share! I know, I know, back to the boring stuff of life:)

It has been a lot of fun to relive our Make a Wish trip and I am so glad that I spent the time recording each day's events and organizing our pictures. How fun it will be to look back and show the kids those posts in 15 years!

There are so many changes happening or about to happen in our home. As the signs of spring are just around the corner, so are many signs that my children are growing up and changing every day. The toddler beds arrived right before our trip, so now Matt has to put them together and we will make the crib to bed transition. As the trio approach their third birthday in a little over 1 1/2 months, I realize that I have some party plans to figure out. Oh yes, and potty training.

I'm also making some big decisions regarding my professional life (or lack there of since I have officially been on maternity leave for 3 years now!). Soul searching, budget analysis, and many long chats with my husband have hopeful given me the courage to finally make some choices in this area!

Also in the next month or two will be several appointments for the kids (this is what I meant by "regularly scheduled programming!) Cara has a follow up with the eye specialist, Allie has a cardiologist appt, and yes, April scans for Brady are just around the corner.

Life rolls on at our house, just as I know it does for all of you. I'm just so excited for this coming season in our lives. What a pleasure it is to be able to watch my little family change and grow whether we are on a magical adventure, or just eating pancakes around the kitchen island as we were tonight. I ask God all the time to help me enjoy the journey, each and every day.

  1. Yummmm! Breakfast for dinner, a big favorite in my house. I know good things are in store for all of you. God has a plan. Continuing to pray for you all daily.
